Drop down drawer in the bath vanity
Building in a new stereo system
New drawer glides, that really do (glide that is)
Place a drawer front on the bath room sink, which flips down, inside are plastic holders, which we are using for toothpaste and brushes. Thanks to Bill and Helen Moll (MOC members) for this great idea.
A second project was replacing a non-functional stereo system. The speakers with the new system were smaller than the prior unit. We filled in the "air" space with fake greenery. At the woodshop, Al fabricated the surround for the new stereo, which also was smaller than the OEM unit. To jazz it up a bit we came up with the idea of adding the letters to spell "MONTANA".
Glides that slide QUIETLY and are solid were on this years wish list. Thanks to John for his great help and encouragement. Trash can drawer now comes out all the way, loved it before, love it more now! Note how the dresser drawer also comes ALL the way out, past the dresser front, great for seeing what is in there, but even better as these glides don't wiggle or rattle.
