The Shelf, Yep, Another One! 12 Foot Long!
One of Carol's talents (?), is looking around at blank walls and seeing empty art palletes. I enjoy thinking up projects to fill the voids of blank walls. Poor Al, he does not always enjoy implementing my plans! You can only imagine the groans when I told him I wanted shelves OVER the slides in our 5er. You can only imagine the groans and naysayers when he went to the wood shop here at the RV park and told them what these LONG boards were for. Ok, maybe I should say ONE shelf (for now). Anyway, the shelf was installed and even Al has agreed, this is another improvement which tickles us to no end. OH, this shelf is just about 12 feet long! We just had to try it out, so, put some decorations up there. I had envisioned the shelves as photo galleries for our ancestors, and a place to tuck a teddy bear or doll or two. Each item would be permanently attached so that this is not something I have to pack away before travel times. How it ends up, is anyone's guess.

I decorate the shelf for the holidays, Christmas, Fall, Spring.
